Product Applications
Mainly for rust cleaning of large and irregular objects surface. A lot of mechanical equipment, castings and irregular objects can not be cleaned by a fixed shot blasting machine, and can only be completed by manual sandblasting and rust removal in the sandblasting room. For example, sandblasting of hull surfaces, wind power towers, large steel structures, and large castings.
Also can be used to clean a wide variety of surfaces and parts, for example
• De-sanding and cleaning Foundry castings
• Descaling metal sheet, billets and profiles produced by the steel industry
• Surface preparation prior to coating
