Steel Shot & Grit Plant Equipment Installation Underway

Recently, Shandong Huatong Metal Abrasives has entered a critical phase in constructing its new steel shot and Steel Grit production, with comprehensive installation and debugging of production equipment now underway. Highly anticipated by the industry, the project aims to significantly enhance the production capacity and quality of abrasives such as steel shot and steel grit through intelligent production line upgrades.

According to project leaders, the new plant introduces advanced international automated equipment, covering the entire production process from raw material smelting and forging to screening. Scheduled for official operation in October this year, the plant will achieve a leap in annual production capacity of steel shot and steel grit, positioning the company as China's largest abrasive manufacturer. The products will not only meet domestic demands in machinery manufacturing, ship derusting, and metal surface treatment but also expand into overseas markets.
