Choose Material Grade

① 304 Stainless Shot：Suitable stainless steel parts, aluminum alloy, brass, sanitary ware, kitchenware, medical equipment, products for plating & coating.

Advantage: No iron contamination, no rust spots on workpiece surface.

② 410 Stainless Shot (Economical Grade)Suitable: carbon steel parts, auto structural components, common hardware.

Note: Not available for stainless finishing or humid working condition.

Select Size by Processing Purpose

0.1~0.3mm

Tiny precision parts, springs, deburring & fine finishing

0.4~0.8mm

Sanitary faucet, aluminum die casting (Most popular size for Reynosa factories)

1.0~2.5mm

Heavy casting, thick oxide scale removal, surface strengthening

Pick Shape: Spherical Shot / Cut Wire Shot

Spherical atomized shot: Smooth matte surface, low consumption, ideal for cosmetic finishing (sanitary & precision industry)

Stainless cut wire shot: Strong cutting force, remove heavy rust & stubborn burrs (foundry & auto parts factory)

Match Your Blast Machine

Tumble belt blast machine: Spherical shot 0.4~1.0mm

Hook type large blast machine: Big size 1.0~2.5mm cut/spherical shot
