Shipment of Steel Shot

Our steel shot products are ready for shipment after strict quality inspection before delivery. As a widely‑used blasting abrasive, steel shot is applied in surface cleaning, Shot Peening and metal strengthening for casting, shipbuilding, automobile and machinery industries. Every batch goes through complete testing on hardness, particle size distribution and chemical composition to meet international standards such as SAE specifications.

Before loading, our quality team double‑checks product specifications, packing marks and quantity against the sales contract. Steel shot is packed in woven bags with inner plastic liners to keep moisture away. Each bag is clearly marked with product grade, batch number, net weight and production information. For full‑container shipments, bags are neatly stacked and fixed inside the container to avoid shifting and damage during long‑distance ocean transportation. Relevant shipping documents including packing list, commercial invoice and bill of lading will be prepared accordingly.

We arrange container loading according to the agreed schedule. Once the vessel departs, we will send you the full set of shipping documents promptly. During transit, we keep tracking logistics status and will inform you of any updates in time.

Proper packing and loading are critical for steel shot. Moisture and rough handling should be avoided to guarantee good condition upon arrival at your destination port. If you have special requirements on packing, marking or shipping arrangement, please feel free to let us know in advance.
