Located in Binzhou City, Shandong Province, our company originated as Zouping Huatong Steel Grit Factory in 2002. In 2011, a new production base was completed with an advanced production line, achieving an annual capacity of 80,000 tons. In March 2016, our new corporate headquarters was officially put into use.

In November 2024, construction began on our new metal abrasives production base, covering approximately 60,000 square meters and comprising three large-scale workshops. The completion of our new manufacturing facility in 2026 marks a milestone step toward Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing. Powered by state-of-the-art equipment, our entire production line operates within a fully enclosed, 100% automated ecosystem. Advanced Production Process: Balancing Hardness & Toughness

The final performance of metal abrasives depends on strict process control. We have established a standardized production system covering eight key stages: raw material selection, medium-frequency melting, forming, defect removal, impurity control, double-quenching tempering, multi-stage screening, and custom sizing.

1. Premium Raw Material Selection: We use high-quality low-sulfur, low-phosphorus scrap steel and alloys. Strict chemical composition and moisture testing ensure batch stability and prevent internal porosity.
2. Digital Medium-Frequency Melting: High-power digital furnaces use electromagnetic induction for uniform heating and self-stirring. Infrared temperature control maintains a ±10°C variance, while direct-reading spectrometers ensure elemental purity before forming.
3. High-Speed Centrifugal Forming: Variable-frequency atomization ensures perfectly spherical steel shot. For steel grit, multi-stage crushing and arc passivation create uniform edges, ensuring balanced impact and stable cleaning efficiency.
4. Defect Removal: Density separation, vibration screening, and manual inspection reduce the hollow rate below national, ISO, and SAE limits, minimizing breakage during use.
5. Closed-Loop Impurity Control: Strict isolation of raw materials and regular furnace cleaning prevent contamination from rust or non-ferrous metals, ensuring a pure matrix suitable for electroplating and coating.
6. Double-Quenching & Tempering: Fully automated continuous heat treatment refines grain structure, balancing hardness and impact toughness. Hardness fluctuation is controlled within ±3 HRC, achieving a fatigue life of over 3,000 cycles with uniform wear.
7. Precision Screening: Multi-layer vibrating screens ensure accurate sizing. Custom grading supports single or mixed specifications for controlled surface roughness.
8. Practical Value: Our optimized process extends abrasive media lifespan, reduces equipment wear, and improves workpiece finish. With dual imported and domestic smart production lines, our 200,000-ton annual capacity allows us to fulfill large-scale annual contracts or urgent small-batch orders.
