New Factory Construction

In view of big and more demands of steel shots and Steel Grits, from worldwide markets, we planed to expand our production capacity from 2023. And from that time, we had prepared and planed accordingly.

From beginning of Nov.2024, our new factory site was under construction. It covers about 55,000sqm, designed with 4 big workshops and 6 advanced production lines, producing steel shots and steel grits etc, estimated production capacity will be annual 150,000mts. Especially new factory will be equipped with electric furnace of 45mts capacity, the biggest in China. Also the production process in the new factory has been greatly automated, including melding, centrifugation, tempering and packing etc, from that about 30%-50% labour saved is expected. All packing will be by robot packed automatically.

According to our planning, the new project will estimate to be in use around middle of 2026. At that time, our annual production capacity of steel shots and steel grits will be more than 300,000mts, expected production will be about 250,000mts in next audit one year. As per this quantity, maybe we will be the biggest manufacturer of metal abrasive medias in the world, even bigger than our competitors, like Kaitai, TAA, Sinto/Winoa, Ervin etc.

In our new factory and workshops, many production lines will be assembled with automatic production processing. Like Melting, tempering, loading materials, packing etc etc, some advanced packing robots will be in use. And some more advanced products and value-added services will be on the market to our worldwide customers. Let’s stay tuned.
