Model Selection

1. For ordinary industrial and architectural aluminum profiles:
Carbon Steel Shot (Model S110-S330) with moderate hardness (HRC40-50) is the cost-effective choice. Fine-grained models (S110-S170, 0.1-0.3mm) are suitable for thin-walled profiles to avoid deformation, while medium-grained models (S230-S280, 0.3-0.8mm) apply to regular profiles for balanced cleaning efficiency.

2. For high-end aluminum profiles requiring no iron contamination:
304/410 stainless steel shot (Model S110-S280) is ideal. Its high roundness and corrosion resistance ensure a smooth, impurity-free surface, fitting high-end decorative or precision aluminum parts.

Treatment Effects

After treatment, aluminum profiles gain a uniform matte finish, with coating adhesion improved by over 50% and service life extended. Both abrasives are recyclable, greatly reducing production costs while ensuring stable product quality.
