We manufacture SAE standard steel grits, all types with GP/GL/GH, all sizes from G12-G120. Basis on good raw materials and advanced technology, including centrifugation, tempering, double quenching, updated screening etc, all our products are well accepted by worldwide customers. Also we accept size & hardness customization.

Low carbon steel shots, types from S110-S930 are available. Basis on lower carbon contents, 0.15% and bainite structure, it has better quality than high carbon steel shots, fatigue life is quite higher than high carbon shots, about 70% higher.

In view of defects of high carbon steel shots, like cracks, blow holes etc, our company planed to develop better quality steel shots. Compare with micro-structure, fatigue life and some necessary, low carbon steel shots is on the table.

Steel cut wire is made with used steel wires, usually with bead wires, steel ropes etc, cutting to granules through special cutting machines. It is usually in 2 shapes, cylindrical & spherical. Sizes available are from CW1.0mm to CW3.0mm. Its hardness is higher than steel shots, usually higher than 50HRC. By special rounding technology, it can be steel cut shots(spherical shot).

Stainless steel shot is made of brand new stainless steel wire, through cutting wire to stainless steel cut wire, and it changed into stainless steel shot by special treated processing, usually it identified by roundness as G1, G2, G3

For stainless steel cut wire and stainless steel shot, we forever use best quality and brand new wires, through cutting machines and advanced technology to make quality stainless steel shot. We can supply stainless steel shots with different materials, mainly as SUS201, SUS302, SUS304, SUS410, SUS430 etc. Sizes available from 0.3mm to 2.0mm. 

Stone cutting grit is specially for stone cutting, including granite cutting etc.

For stone cutting, peoples use mainly 2 method, one is Diamond saw, use Diamond blades; Another is Gang saw/frame saw, use alloy steel grit as cutting medias.

Gang saw is popular used machines during stone cutting, especially for granite cutting.During cutting, it used large quantity of special steel grits which as higher hardness and longer fatigue life. In our factory, those types G18,G25,G40 all can match this request. Our stone cutting alloy steel grits is the best cutting medias at present in the world.
